What are setup charges on custom orders?
Custom imprinting your logo on an item may require file preparation, film, screens, g plates, film, setting up the engraving laser or embroidery digitizing charges (just to name a few).
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order at any time prior to order production. We are pretty speedy. Most products are in production within a few hours of order placement. Once products are in the production process, we are no longer able to accept a change or cancellation, but you still have the option to return the item after you have received it. Shipping and Delivery
How fast will I receive my order?
Most orders are shipping within 1 to 4 business days. Delivery speed is determined by the products and shipping method you select at checkout. You can check the status of your order anytime online here
Do you accept prepaid credit cards?
We accept most prepaid cards if they contain all the information a regular credit card has. A prepaid card must be registered online with an address and a name. Prepaid cards have a user’s guide with specific instructions on how to set this up.
Prepaid Visa cards typically are not accepted at checkout because they cannot be pre-authorized for payment.

When I submit credit card information online, is it secure?
A sophisticated encryption and authentication tool is used to protect the security of your credit card information, and we will do our best to protect its security on our systems. Specifically, every page in the ordering process that requests credit card information uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, which is designed to render information unreadable should anyone try to intercept it. However, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our website, and you do so at your own risk. To help ensure others will not have access to your credit card information while on our website, we urge you to sign off your account and close your browser window when you have finished your visit, especially if you are sharing a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place.
Returns
What is your Return Policy?
We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. The customer pays for return shipping costs and ships through the freight provider of their choosing.
Shipping and handling costs will be refunded for returns only if your return contains defective merchandise or merchandise that was damaged during shipping.
*Merchandise cannot be accepted that is damaged in shipment due to improper packing, so please repackage all items properly.
Can I return a closeout item?
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on closeout products. Closeout sales are final. Closeout items are indicated on the shopping pages as closeout.
How long does it take for my store refund to be credited?
Once we receive your mailed return in store, we’ll process your credit after completion of inspection. If you’ve provided us with an email address, we’ll email you once your credit has been processed.
Note: Your credited refund may take a few days to reflect on your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
